2021 marks 30+ years for me as a leader in the health and fitness industry (instructor, trainer, facilitator, management, administration). In 2018 I created a personal brand that included a blog, podcast and a book - How to Be Fit for Life - available on Amazon and Kindle! With my education (original, continuing) and experience I am able to combine program delivery and support to those who make wellness a priority in their lives.
